With over 17 years of experience in the yachting industry — 11 of which as Master of yachts up to 208 ft — Joe Williams understands how paramount relationships are in yachting. Born in Ketchikan, Alaska, he worked his way from deckhand to Captain, running a 141 ft yacht at 32 and a 63m, 208 ft Motor Yacht by 36. He brings firsthand familiarity with Benetti, Heesen, Oceanfast, Westport, San Lorenzo, Hargrave, Horizon, Azimut, and Lazzara — and has completed hundreds of successful charters across the Bahamas, Caribbean, Mediterranean, and Alaska. Years of operational and Master knowledge set Joe apart from brokers who have only ever seen these vessels from the dock.
