MACHINERY SPACE
The machinery space is accessed from the port side-deck door or through the deck hatch on the aft deck. This large machinery space housed the main engines, transmissions, shafts with seals, generators, shore power transformers, main shore power breakers, shore power cord reel, batteries, chargers and switches, AC & DC switchboards, ventilation fans, fire suppression system, bilge & fire pumps, fuel tanks, fuel valve manifold with transfer pumps, black water holding tank, black & grey water discharge pumps, freshwater tank and pumps, water maker system, air conditioning chiller units, air compressor, hydraulic pump units for various systems and the steering assemblies.
FLYBRIDGE & HARD TOP
The flybridge is spacious with good seating. The helm is forward to starboard with all engine controls, gauges, and electronics all easy to hand from the large helm bench seat, with an additional bench seat to port. The three-quarter enclosure has multiple opening windows for ventilation and there are two doors at the bulwarks to access the side decks and foredeck area. There are large consoles built into the back of the helm seats, with refrigerator and freezer drawers at the port side and storage lockers at the starboard side. There is a large wet bar console outboard to starboard, housing the sink with faucet, refrigerator units, Isotherm ice maker at wetbar, propane BBQ grill & storage lockers, with the wall-mounted TV installed above. The large 8 person dining table is between the wet bar console and stairway. There is a large U shaped seating area, all the way aft at the open aft deck, with armchairs that can be moved around as required. This area is well protected by the large hardtop which has a powered louvered section, with a sail shade that can be manually put up to cover the wet-bar and additional aft seating. The stairs down to the aft deck are outboard to port and the life-rafts are installed in lockers, outboard to port & starboard. The hard top is accessed by climbing onto the forward end, and comes with a mast housing the navigation, anchor & NUC lights, FLIR camera, open and closed radar arrays, VHF & GPS antennas, dual satellite antenna domes, search light and ship's horn.
AFT DECK & SWIM PLATFORM
The aft deck is abundant allowing easy access into the salon via the large, sliding stainless steel and glass doors forward. There is a large bench style seating area aft with a table and loose chairs in front. The stairs up to the flybridge are forward to port, with the engine room door outboard of the stairs, and there is a deck hatch at the starboard side of the aft deck sole for additional access into the engine room. Outboard to port and starboard are the side boarding gates, and there are mooring capstans aft to port and starboard, with port and starboard transom gates and steps leading down to the powered swim platform and tender garage. The tender garage is accessed by raising the hydraulic transom door and is spacious with good storage for watersports equipment and the personal watercraft that can be launched via the powered tender cradle and swim platform. There are two shore power receptacles below the port transom steps.
SIDE DECKS & FOREDECK AREA
The starboard side deck offers an "asymmetrical" layout with a passageway down the starboard side of the vessel with the superstructure extending all the way outboard on the port side. Side deck doors on the starboard side allows access to the master stateroom & galley. The bow area is equipped with two large sun pads that are powered by electric rams that lift up easily to access the windlasses, and there is a large deck hatch aft for access to the chain locker. A large sail shade cover provides cooling when required while allowing to enjoy the views from the recessed seating area located forward of the windshields with good storage below and there is a high/low table in front.
INTERIOR APPOINTMENTS
The vessels interior comprises of an on-deck master stateroom, salon, day-head, galley with a raised pilothouse at the main deck, and there are three guest staterooms with heads and stall showers at the lower midships accommodation area, as well as a very functional crew area.
SALON & DAYHEAD
The salon is accessed from the aft deck and comes with the standard layout consisting of a large sitting area to starboard with an "L" shaped sofa and built-in cabinetry aft with storage and the refrigerator and icemaker installed. There are large windows to port and starboard in the salon, with a powered bulwark section outboard of the port window that drops down to give more of an open expansive view. The Samsung TV with Apple TV is installed on the forward bulkhead with a Denon AV Receiver and Amplifier. Forward to port is the companionway leading to the day head, master stateroom and lower guest accommodation stairwell, and forward to starboard is the companionway leading to the galley and raised pilothouse stairwell.
GALLEY
The galley is forward of the main salon access through a companionway on the starboard side of the vessel. A very well-appointed space with a large six burner stove, convection over & convection microwave, built in freezer drawers and large fridge. Double sink basin with garbage disposal and dishwasher will handle the clean up well. Built in storage is throughout the space. The crew quarters are accessed from the galley via the stairwell that is forward to port. There is a powered watertight door outboard to starboard for direct access to the side deck.
MASTER STATEROOM
The on-deck master stateroom is accessed via the port side companionway forward of the salon and comes with the standard arrangement with a king size bed installed forward on the centerline with two built-in side tables. The TV is installed on the aft bulkhead, concealed behind a large mirror with built-in cabinetry below housing the entertainment electronics. There is a powered watertight door, outboard to starboard giving direct access to the side deck. The head and separate stall shower is on the port side as you enter the stateroom with built-in cabinetry along the inboard bulkhead. There is additional built-in in cabinetry and a vanity desk on the port side of the cabin with the stairwell forward leading down to the built-in hanging lockers and wine chiller.
VIP STATEROOM
The VIP stateroom is accessed aft in the guest companionway and comes with a double berth on the
centerline, good storage in lockers and drawers and the head and separate stall shower are aft to starboard. A built-in seating area is to port with large walk-in closet aft. Additional storage and vanity desk are starboard. The TV is installed on the forward bulkhead and concealed behind the large mirror with the entertainment electronics housed below the bench seat.
PORT STATEROOM
The Port stateroom is accessed forward in the guest companionway and comes with side by side single berths with an additional Pullman berth installed above the inboard bed which can be stowed when not in use. There are carpeted floors, good storage in built in lockers and the TV is installed on the aft bulkhead. The head with separate stall shower is accessed aft.
STARBOARD STATEROOM
The starboard stateroom is accessed forward in the guest companionway and comes with side by side single berths. There are carpeted floors, good storage in built in lockers and the TV is installed on the aft bulkhead. The head with separate stall shower is accessed aft.
COMPANION WAY & BILGE
There are three notable companionways in this vessel, on the main deck, forward to port; one provides access to the Master stateroom and the day head can be found there as well. The lower guest companionway stairwell can be accessed from this location leading down to the guest staterooms. The third companionway can be found to starboard forward in the salon, with access to the Wheelhouse, Galley, and Crew's Quarters. Bilge access is provided in the lower guest companionway as well as the crew mess, along with hatches below the carpet in the lower guest staterooms.
CREW AREA
The crew mess and accommodations are located all the way forward in the vessel. Access to this area is from a stairwell in the galley. The crew mess is spacious for a vessel of this size and has a TV, GPS monitor with Navigation and CCTV, Fusion stereo, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and a dining table with bench seating on either side. The starboard cabin comes with two single bunk style berths installed outboard and a private head with shower and sink. The forward cabin has two single bunk style berths with storage in drawers below. This cabin has a private wet head with shower and sink. The vessel's two hot water heaters are located in a void space forward of the berths.
