This is a very nice boat and is equipped exactly or better than one would expect on a 23 Pilot House (PH). It also had custom made a flushing toilet not found on other models. The depth finder has multiple transducers and is really great for fishing. 

The last PH I had sold quick and went clear across the country, so don't miss out, this is a very good bargain on a close to new boat.
