This beautiful low-hour Back Cove is equipped with many desirable features such as variable speed bow and stern thruster with remote that allows you to hold her against the dock while handling lines. She also has convenient tech like XM weather and radio with WiFi grabber and booster.
The spacious cockpit with a leftline transom door includes built-in corner seating to both port and starboard. Stepping up from the cockpit two steps is the wide walkway forward to the bow with high safety SS railings and handrails that Back Cove is noted for, making it easy for anyone to handle lines and fenders.
From the cockpit into the helm deck there is a single thick glass swing door to port. To starboard of the swing door is a 2-part glass hinged folding bulkhead which pushes to starboard, opening up the helm deck completely to the cockpit. Once you enter the helm deck there is an "L" shaped settee on the starboard side and a beautiful oval table with a filler cushion which drops down to form a berth to sleep 1-2.
Opposite to port is a long bench style couch with drawer storage under. Moving forward to starboard is the helm and second companion seat with large display helm station. There is a flip up hatch under the helm seat area revealing a large storage area. To port opposite the helm station and one step down is the large galley with storage, microwave, refrigerator and sink. The entire helm deck lifts on hydraulics for full inspection of the engine and storage area.
Moving down two steps in the companionway is beautifully crafted American cherry paneling and a double berth with sliding cherry wood door with draws under the berth and hanging locker.
To port is the companion entrance to the head with Corian counter, cherry storage cabinet and separate glass enclosed shower.
The forward stateroom features a left queen berth and solid companion privacy door with its own private entrance into the head as well as ample drawer storage and hanging lockers. Open the hatch over the berth for fresh air or stargazing (with screen or solid shade options) or gaze out the opening ports at port or starboard.
Come see her soon, it will be worth the trip! Call or email today to schedule an appointment.
«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
