This Hunter 38 has many great features starting with a large cockpit with a walk through transom, hot/cold freshwater shower and, most important, sailing performance. You don't have to sacrifice a great day of sailing to accommodate guests comfortably - you don't have to sacrifice style to gain comfort.

Atlantis is an excellent example of the Hunter 38 and has been treated with lots of care and many upgrades. The current owner (an engineer) recently completed a refit focused on increased safety, performance, and comfort while sailing and at anchor:

• New electronics (GPS/Multifunction Display, AIS Transceiver, Depth/Speed/ Wind instruments, Quantum Doppler Radar, Battery and Tankage monitoring system)
• New electrical power system: Higher capacity 120 Amp alternator with external smart multistage voltage regulator, 3 new Carbon-PB batteries (330 Ah)
• New heavy duty 55 LBS Stainless Steel (!) Spade anchor with 100 ft of Galvanized Carbon Steel Chain and 150 ft of Premium 3-Strand Nylon 9/16" rope.
• Stainless steel line and weed cutter on propeller shaft
• New additional high water bilge monitor and alarm
• All light fixtures replaced with stainless steel fixtures. All bulbs replaced with LED bulbs
• New steaming light
• New propane 2 burner gas stove and oven
• New cockpit radio and speakers
• New mainsail
