Grandeur is a Frank Mulder design vessel constructed by Danube Marine a world class ship builder located in Bratislava in the Slavic Republic,. Built as Charisma hull number 5 this heavily built, Caterpillar powered, fiberglass vessel is a low maintenance capable motor yacht in excellent condition. Her salon is full beam with over 7 ½ feet of head room and her oversized windows provide a feeling of spaciousness not often found in a vessel of this class. This feeling of spaciousness can be felt upon entering the on-deck master suite and throughout the living areas. As you move through the salon the formal dining area is located mid-ship with a sliding privacy wall. The galley is to port and the companionway is to starboard, both have beautiful etched glass doors.
Moving forward within the companionway you will find the day head, guest cabin stairway and helm access to port, to starboard is deck access through the watertight door. The master suite is next and exudes privacy and comfort with aft facing berth and comfortable lounging settee. The dressing area is downstairs and forward with closet space and dressing table. The head features a tub and oval shower with smoked glass as an accent piece. The guest cabins are aft with two queen VIP’s and one bunk room with side-by-side twin berths. All staterooms are ensuite and beautifully appointed with designer soft goods and accents throughout.
Grandeur is powered by dependable 3516 Caterpillars 2600 HP that provide an effortless 16 kt cruise. The engine room is designed for ease of maintenance and long-distance travel.
Outside deck spaces are generous and tenders/toys can be stored in the (2) garages which can be accessed through the watertight door in the engine room. Moving aft is the Lazarette with hydraulics, steering and storage before the second garage.
Boarding from the swim platform to the aft deck you find seating with a teak table- a truly beautiful area to relax and enjoy. The private crew access is to port, flybridge deck staircase is to starboard and leads you to a fantastic family outdoor gathering space. The jacuzzi is to port with sun loungers aft above the second garage, which when lifted, becomes a theater screen for movie nights under the stars that kids and grandkids are sure to enjoy.
Moving forward port side is the lounge for 8 with a feature table. The bar is to starboard with sink, refrigerator and a casual table with seating for 8 in a comfortable outdoor setting. The custom Pipe-welders hard top with full enclosure keeps the A/C in and weather out making the travel that much more enjoyable.
«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
