KAYA is an impressive 87' Johnson motor yacht, distinguished as the only 87' Johnson raised pilothouse on the market with crew quarters aft, making her stand out for her practical design. A well-apointed double berth stateroom features a built-in nightstand, vanity/desk, and glass bookshelves. A private bath with a vanity and shower complete the space. The twin guest stateroom features twin berths, a built-in nightstand, swing-arm reading lights, and mirrored panels. The aft quarters offer comfortable accommodations for up to 4 crew, including a captain's cabin and a crew cabin with berths. 

The interior of KAYA showcases elegant high-gloss cherry woodwork. The main salon offers plentiful seating options for gatherings, while the walk-up bar adds a touch of luxury. The dining area boasts a high-gloss table and 8 chairs, complemented by a centerline buffet. A Sony Bravia 42" TV, Denon surround sound, and DirecTV digital receiver provide entertainment. On the outside, KAYA offers a spacious aft deck with a dining area and wrap-around seating for outdoor enjoyment. The skylounge aft provides a comfortable lounging area, perfect for relaxation.
