L'Extraordinaire is a nice Hunter 380 monohull that's fully equipped for cruising. Her 12' beam gives her great living space and she is very stable with a 5' 5" draft but light on her feet. All sheets lead to the cockpit with a motorized main and autopilot for easy single handling. The spacious cockpit provides the ultimate in comfort, visibility and control. Transom access from the cockpit is wide and safe. Down below she has a two stateroom, one head layout. This provides a functional interior and luxurious appearance. Under foot a beveled laminate sole lends an opulent flair. The aft cabin has a California king size berth with two cedar lined hanging lockers. The Forward cabin has a large V-berth with cedar lined hanging lockers. The nav station is large allowing you to plot your course in comfort. Large ports in the common areas let in plenty of natural light. The galley has Corian countertops, stainless steel double sinks, refrigerator and separate freezer, and a Force 10 two burner stove with oven. Equipment includes air/heat, an electric anchor windlass, recent full electronics package, dodger and bimini, cockpit cushions, plus a 9' Highfield inflatable dinghy with a 9.9hp four-stroke Tohatsu engine. Sail inventory includes a UK main and jib, asymmetrical spinnaker, symmetrical with spinnaker pole.
Powered by a 35hp Yanmar 3JH2E diesel engine.
«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
