Moorage is paid until the end of March! 

As of today that means 6 months of free moorage!

The current owner, a helicopter engineer, has put a lot of time and energy into maintaining this Ocean Alexander 540 Pilothouse and it shows. This is a must see to believe!

Boathouse kept until last month and now at Milltown. Owners have decided on a larger yacht.

Other creature comforts include stacking washer/dryer, dishwasher and trash compactor.

Salon:

The salon is separated from the cockpit by floor to ceiling windows, set in a robust stainless steel framework. This wall of windows incorporates a wide sliding doorway. Upon entry to the salon you will find a pleasant space surrounded by windows.

Pilothouse:

Deck:

This vessel is fitted with the Euro-Style reverse transom which incorporates a modest swim platform, a centreline walk through transom, and a decent sized cockpit. The vessels design permits full walk around side decks which provides quick access from the cockpit to the foredeck.  There is a spacious flybridge accessed from the cockpit ladder or by the interior stairway leading from the pilothouse.
