The Perkins 200 diesel engine is in great shape. It starts instantly. Onan diesel generator. Propane fridge and cooktop. New Corrian sinks in galley and both heads. Two suites. The vessel sleeps seven (7). Vee berth forward making a double berth, roomy drawers and lockers. Aft to port is head with mascerator, vanity and sink. Opposite to starboard is hanging locker; privacy door. Next aft to starboard is the galley.
The galley is equipped with Corian large single sink. (Full Corian counter!) There is refrigeration and a freezer. Propane 3 burner stove. The water tank capacity is 300 gallons through two fiberglass tanks. There is hot and cold electric pressure water.
Opposite to port is the dinette which converts to a double. Helm seat to starboard in main salon with sliding door to side deck; navigation table aft of seat w/chart storage. To port is L-shaped settee with storage under and outboard. Master stateroom is aft with double berth on centerline, dressers port and starboard, generous countertop space, locker and drawer space. The aft head w/mascerator pump & holding tank features a tub & shower. The fresh water system has a 300-gallon capacity and hot water.
Interior appointments include: Espar diesel furnace; beige curtains; beige & blue fabric upholstery; vinyl headliner and a teak & holly cabin sole.

1986 Perkins 200 HP fresh water cooled diesel with heat exchanger. 2709 hours on meter.The fuel capacity is 300 gallons in 2 steel tanks. The engine has an oil/water/temp alarm, raw water filter, bilge blower and fume detector. The engine room is clean. The cruising speed is 8 knots @2000 RPM with a fuel consumption of 1.5 gallons per hour. There is a bow thruster that makes docking easy.
