The Tartan 28 is sloop rigged with a fin keel, keel stepped mast and a spade rudder. With a Yanmar diesel, accommodations for 5 a head and galley Aurora will make a great inexpensive weekender. 

Vee berth forward with head just aft to starboard, followed by salon with galley aft to port and quarter berth aft of starboard nav station.
