This Formosa 41 Ketch provides berthing for six and one centrally located head. The interior is absolutely beautiful! Teak joinery, bronze ports, blue upholstery and a gorgeous teak and holly sole give the boat a classy old world feel.
FOREPEAK - There is also easy access to the chain locker and windlass motor via hinged doors in the foremost bulkhead. There is a hanging locker to starboard and a large deck hatch provides excellent natural light and ventilation to this functional workspace. A single berth is located to port.
OWNER'S STAREROOM - Moving aft, the owner’s stateroom is situated to starboard and is furnished with a comfortable double pullman berth. The walk way runs along the centerline. Storage lockers are fitted above the berth and three large drawers are fitted below. There is also a hanging locker for additional storage. Four bronze ports and a large deck hatch provide natural light and ventilation.
HEAD - The head is located to port and can be entered from the owner's cabin or from the salon via a solid teak door. Furnishings include a separate shower stall, vanity, teak cabinets and sink with a bronze fresh water hand pump and electric head. The shower has a new Victorian style shower fixture, teak grating floor, teak grating seat and automatic shower sump.
SALON - Spacious settees are located to port and starboard with easy access to the water tanks beneath. Teak lockers are fitted outboard and above the settees. A teak cabinet mounted on the centerline in the aft portion of the salon houses the engine and has two removable panels for engine access and a folding teak salon table. There is an Espar Deisel heater control as well as recessed LED lighting. A total of four bronze ports and one large deck hatch provide excellent light and ventilation to this cozy salon.
GALLEY - The galley is situated to starboard and aft of the salon. Opposite the galley, a spacious dinette with comfortable bench seats fore and aft and a beautiful teak table. The dinette can convert to a large double berth by lowering the table and opening up the aft bulkhead to reveal a larger sleeping area. The dinette also serves as the very functional navigation station. The companionway is offset to starboard providing easy access to the galley and more room in the dining area. Additional engine access is also gained beneath the forward bench seat of the dinette/nav station.
«When things weren't working out with my previous Yacht Broker, a friend of mine suggested that I contact Yacht Access to sell my Sea Ray. I contacted Dan Paolillo at Yacht Access and there was absolutely no pressure. After our initial conversation Dan followed up with a list of comparable vessels recently sold and a list of similar vessels currently available with asking prices. After looking over the information we decided on an asking price and within 90 days Dan had my yacht under contract. Two weeks later it was sold. Since then we've kept in close touch and will hopefully be closing on my next vessel soon. After no success selling my 48' Sea Ray Sedan Bridge with my previous broker, calling Yacht Access was the best decision I ever made. I would encourage anyone looking to buy or sell to contact these professionals.»
